Brazilian Churrascaria Bring Sizzle to Bahraini Palates
The Brasa De Brazil is located at the Seef Mall new extension Level 1 Gate-8

The service starts with Gauchos (waiters) dressed in a white shirt, bambachas (baggy paint) and Hat; and carving knife whisking around the skewers of meat tantalizing our sense with smoke and spice, Gauchos at the restaurants start the non-stop parade with giant skewers of meat directly from the rotisserie grill to the table with a flourish of drama, slicing the meat onto the guest's plate, while the diner gently tugs with prongs.

The team of Brasa de Brazil, wanted Brasa to be an authentic salute to the style of service in southern Brazil, where rodizio was born. It was first practiced in Brazil's cattle country, where gauchos from other parts of the nation brought their heads together for processing. During that time they shared their favorite cuts of meats on large spits - often using whole animals. Decades later the custom made it to Brazil's larger cities and was adopted in both fine-dining and mainstream restaurants before being exported to the United States with Brazilian entrepreneurs in the mid-I 980s.
At Brasa, the focal point in the sleek of over 250 seat restaurant is a gourmet salad bar as lavishing as cruise ship spread, it’s worth making a trip to Brasa as they serves 20 different salads, two choice of soups, assorted salads i.e. lobster seafood salad, choice of fresh cheese and lot more and for the side items you also enjoy on the table wonderful Feijoda (black beans with smoked beef sausage), roasted potatoes, steamed vegetable and rice. There are five different type of sauces are served to complement your meat.
Brasa include over dozen of meat cuts includes Fillet mignon, Brazilian style beef Picanha, sirloin, Chicken wrapped in beef bacon & Variety of other cuts, lamb and sea food beside regular cuts Brasa serves the Exotic meet like Ostrich & Camel.
Since this is new concept to Kingdom Brasa has two important tools a pair of tongs for lifting the meat and two tone wooden table marker.
Place the wooden marker to green (Sim, Por favor) and Gauchos will start circling your table, want some ribs? Off course, want some Ostrich? SURE how about your favorite lamb? Waoooo and turn the table marker to Red (Nao, Obrigado) to take a break.
It is easy to fill up quickly but no one was rushing us out the door sit back and savors great choice of Brazilian drinks, like Caprinha or Brazilian Crush.
As far as surf side we loved the Chicken with beef bacon, Picanha, Hamoor fish, shrimps, Camel & Ostrich was clearly favorite and the winner of the night.
We ended our frenzy feeding with sharing Molten rock chocolate cake & Tiramisu and finished off with the great cup of freshly roasted coffee to complete the TRULY BRAZILIAN EXPERIENCE.
