Brazilian Churrascaria Brings Sizzle to Gulf Palates
Experience Brasa De Brazil is carving out a whole new experience in fine dining. The restaurant is an authentic Brazilian Restaurant “Churrascaria” or steakhouse.
There are over a dozen meat cuts from which to select, including fillet Mignon, Brazilian- style Picanha (beef on a skewer), sirloin steak, chicken wrapped in beef bacon, lamb, as well as a variety of seafood, including Hamoor and shrimp. Five different types of sauces are also available to complement the various types of meat. The gourmet salad bar serves an array of different salads, made from the freshest ingredients, including seafood salad. Other items include two choices of soups, Brazilian Feijoda (black beans with smoked beef sausage), roasted potatoes, steamed vegetables, Brazilian Rice and many other side dishes.
